Terms of Service
By creating an account or using VonEssens Kitchen, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You may use VonEssens Kitchen on behalf of your family and are responsible for all account activity.
2. Medical Disclaimer
CHRISTIAN'S MEAL SUGGESTIONS ARE NOT MEDICAL ADVICE. Nothing in VonEssens Kitchen should be interpreted as a medical diagnosis, treatment advice, or substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or dietary guidance.
If you or a family member has a medical condition — including heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, food allergies, kidney disease, or any other condition — always consult your doctor or registered dietitian before making dietary changes.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually and renew automatically
- Cancel anytime through Settings — access continues until the billing period ends
- We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law
- We will give 30 days notice before price increases
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to share your account, use the service for commercial purposes without consent, reverse engineer any part of the platform, or upload harmful or illegal content.
5. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time through Settings. All personal data is permanently deleted immediately. This cannot be reversed.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
VonEssens Kitchen is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VonEssens Kitchen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including health outcomes resulting from following meal suggestions. Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the three months preceding any claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States.
